Prince’s Hot Chicken in Nashville
A strange little short film about Nashville fried chicken at Prince’s. Apparently is is not uncommon for folks to get busy in the parking lot. “FEET FLYING”
Peaches Hot House (foursquare) in Bed-Stuy is one of the only places in NYC serving Nashville-style hot chicken.

Food & Wine Bestow Best Fried Chicken Titles Across the Country
Of course NYC has three entries (the most of any city) with Pies N Thighs, Momofuku Noodle Bar, aaaand a tip for fried chicken we have yet to encounter! Perry St. (naturally in the West Village) have an extra fancy approach to their fried chicken.
From Food & Wine: “Jean-Georges Vongerichten achieves the ethereal crust on his elegant fried chicken by using a whipped cream siphon to apply the batter as foam.”
